How do you price a project?
A: We work on a cost plus a fixed, flat fee or percentage. It is based on the duration and overall cost of the project. We are very competitive with our bids.

Are you a full service, general contractor?
A: Yes. We work with owners as their manager from the planning stages all the way to after they move in.
Q:
Do you offer a warranty?
A: Yes. We offer a one-year written warranty for material and workmanship. However, if you ask our past clients, we come back long after one year if something needs to be addressed. It is rare, but some things can prematurely wear for whatever reason.

Are you licensed and insured?
A: Yes. Christian McClure is a State of Georgia, licensed, general contractor and master electrician.
